Interesting facts & booking conditions
The prices quoted are per apartment / night excl. Local tax and final cleaning. The local tax is € 2.45 per person and night
Final cleaning: € 100,- to € 150,- depending on size per apartment
A 30% deposit of the total amount is due upon booking and is therefore binding.
Cancellations up to 30 days before the date of arrival are free of charge. Cancellations up to 14 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 70 percent of the price. The total amount of the booking will be charged in the event of later cancelations and no-shows.
The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
We kindly ask you to inform us about your arrival. The apartments are generally ready for occupancy from 3 pm. Should you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartments by 10 am. Should you wish to depart later, please contact us in this regard.
Non-smoking house: We are a smoke-free apartment house. We kindly ask you not to smoke in the apartments.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
The Jokercard is valid from May 29, 2025 to October 26, 2025 and is already included in the price in summer.
